If your access is restricted

If your account has been suspended or closed, enoono shows you a page with the reason for the measure after you sign in. There you can send a support request, appeal a suspension and see your previous requests.

Data protection

You can request access, rectification, restriction or erasure under “Account settings” while signed in, or by e-mail to kontakt@enoono.com. What we process and for how long is explained in the Privacy Policy.

Reporting illegal content

When signed in, you can report a job post with “Report this item” on the job's page; the parties to an application can also report the application.

Anyone – including people without an account – can report content they consider illegal or in breach of our Terms of Use by e-mail to kontakt@enoono.com. Please tell us where the content is (ideally with a link), why you consider it illegal, your name and e-mail address, and confirm that your information is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge (Art. 16 Digital Services Act). We confirm receipt and inform you of our decision.
